I have been dying to read Queen of King's since it came out in May. Of course, I haven't been able to find it in store anywhere *sadface*. I finally just broke down and ordered it. Seriously, this picture doesn't do it justice, the cover if freaking beautiful! Plus I follow Maria on twitter and she is freaking awesome!
Managed to find a copy of Daughter of Smoke & Bone actually in store when I went to the Rick Riordan signing at Yorkdale the other day. It hasn't been in stock in any other store that I have been to, so I of course snagged myself a copy.
Picked up two copies of the latest book from Rick Riordan. I went to his only Canadian signing here in Toronto on Thursday. It was insanity! Well over 1000 people showed up. You can read about the signing here. Only one of the copies is mine. One belongs to Gwenny from over at Rants-N-Scribbles! She and her son were unable to attend, so I got a copy signed for them.
I had a copy of The Mephisto Covenant from NetGalley, but I decided to wait and review it from a hardcopy. So glad I did cause the cover is just awesome!
I have been hearing nothing but good things about The Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson. It will be my first book by Maureen Johnson, so I have some pretty high expectations.
I was so happy to get my hands on a copy of Want to Go Private? Seriously, I sat down and read this in 2 hours and it freaked me out. The review will be posted on the blog later this week.
I know Eve has gotten some bad reviews, but I still need to check it out for myself.
Got a finished copy of Carrier of the Mark. The cover is so pretty.
I have been trying to get my hands a copy of Lie by Caroline Bock since it came out in August. Alas, it also hasn't been in stock in any store. Finally broke down and just ordered it. I don't mind ordering things, I just hate having to wait for them to get there!
My Sweet Saga was sent to me for review by the author Brett Sills. Can't wait to crack this one open.
Picked up the last book in the Percy Jackson series. I have the first four and haven't read them yet. I have read the first two books in the follow up series, so now I am going to have backtrack and read the series from the beginning.
Picked up a Book Lover's Journal as well. It's really helping me to be able to jot down my thoughts and ideas right after reading a book. Should make writing my reviews so much easier. It's a pretty good little book, but I just wish there was more space to write in. Thanks to Brenna from Esther's Ever After for the recommendation.

Yay for Smoke and Bone -- a definite favorite for me. I'm reading Want to Go Private? right now and ahhhhhh! I started it and then had to leave for work and it was SOOOO hard to pry myself away from it. I know it'll keep me up tonight until I finish it.

Smoke and Bone is amazing! I hope you like it as much as I did. I also got Son of Neptune (awesome that you got it signed!) Great haul! Most of these are on my TBR list.
