Follow Friday #3

Welcome to Follow Friday and the weekly blogger hop.  I absolutely love this idea as it is a great way for me to find new blogs and meet more bloggers.

I haven't done one of these in a very, very long time!  I'm not sure why, but I kind of miss doing this so lets try it again.

Q. If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? Why and to what?

*May Contain Spoilers*

A. That is a tricky one.  I think out of all the books that I have read recently that I wish I could change the ending, it would have to be practically any of the Harlequin Romance Signature series.  The books are never long enough for the kind of stories they are trying to portray.  They always come up with these complicated plots that really can't be resolved well or believeably in 170 pages, yet they do it every time.  Sadly, despite knowing how much it will annoy me, I continue to read them in hopes that one will actually be done well for a change.  I'll let you know if I find one.

I am most excited for the cooler weather, falling leaves, and beautiful colours of fall.  There is nothing better than taking walk through the park on a Sunday afternoon and experiencing nature in all her glory!

This weeks Follow Friday Question is:

What are you doing to prepare for an upcoming zombie apocalypse and/or the return of Mel Gibson to the silver screen? (Both of which could be terrifying.)

A. Not gonna lie, but I hope the Zombie's come before Mel Gibson's return to the silver screen.  Hopefully I too can become a zombie and then won't have the brain power to care about Mel Gibson.  Better yet would be for me to have the ability to send the zombie's after Mel Gibson to prevent him returning to movies in the first place.  Yes, I think I quite like that idea.  Now to figure out a way to execute it!

A. For me that would have to be the review I did on James Rollins' new book.  He actually read the review and commented.  Cause I love his books, I had a little fan girl moment and I'm not even ashamed, lol.

Book Blogger Hop Question of the Week:

"If you were given the chance to spend one day in a fictional world (from a book), which book would it be from and what would that place be?"


For me it would be Ancient Rome.  More specifcally the Ancient Rome found in Kate Quinn's Daughters of Rome.  I am a big history buff, and I find this period in Ancient Rome fascinating.  I mean the year of four Emperor's, just imagine how much you could have witness to during that period.  Especially as the four Emperor's were such vastly different men and would have changed the tone of Rome, for however short a period they were in power, based on their own personal whims.
